Alan Farber is the founder and the Joint Managing Partner of Farber Financial Group.

Since 1979, Alan has been a driving force in transforming the firm into one of the leading providers of financial advisory services in Canada.

Alan’s practice focuses on corporate insolvency and restructuring, distressed financial advisory services and corporate consultative advisory services. Alan was instrumental in the development of the The R Plan, a personalized debt solution plan for the consumer marketplace.

Alan has helped corporations, lenders, executives and their advisors rebuild and refinance enterprises with exceptional service, expertise and personal attention on engagements. Alan has assembled a dynamic group of professionals at Farber Financial Group that provide solutions for rescuing, refinancing and rebuilding businesses with a variety of specialized financial services.

Over the years, Alan has earned a tremendous reputation for his creativity, energy, exceptional work ethic, and adherence to the highest professional standards. He has applied his considerable expertise to numerous commercial insolvency and restructuring engagements in virtually every sector of the economy.
