Lap-Tech Inc.
Lap-Tech Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on January 6, 2010 and A. Farber & Partners Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt by the Official Receiver. The Notice to Creditors package was mailed out to all known creditors on January 11, 2010. A copy of the package is also attached below.
The Trustee expects that there will be sufficient realizations to pay any secured creditors in full. Accordingly, it is expected that there will be surplus funds available for distribution to preferred or unsecured creditors. The Trustee has continued limited operations to supply customers with critically needed finished goods.
