4517008 Canada Inc. o/a Solisco Tri-Graphic (“Solisco”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) on September 8, 2011 and A. Farber & Partners Inc. (“Farber”) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
